Job Overview:
The Marketing Manager will oversee and enhance Sonder Brewing's online presence, including social media platforms and the website. This role involves creating engaging content, managing online interactions, maintaining up-to-date information across various channels, and ordering and maintaining apparel inventories at both locations. The ideal candidate will embody the brand voice of Sonder Brewing throughout our distribution landscape and support both the Mason and West Chester locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
• Maintain and update Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts.
• Post new beers, behind-the-scenes content, and collaborate with community partners.
• Engage with online guests and respond to inquiries.
• Manage accounts for Sonder Main, Taphaus, and Mason locations.
Photography:
• Capture and manage photos for print, website, social media, and distribution partners. Include new beer releases, merchandise, and events.
Online Presence Review & Management:
• Manage online reviews and messages on Yelp, Google, and Untappd.
• Respond to guest reviews and adjust information as needed.
• Ensure website information (beers, draft lists, menus, events) is current for both locations.
• Maintain and update site content to reflect current offerings.
• Handle inquiries sent to contactus@sonderbrewing.com
Merchandising & Apparel:
• Oversee merchandise ordering, inventory, and fulfillment for both locations.
• ManageArryved and Ekos systems, including online order fulfillment and stock organization.
• Coordinate new apparel creation and inventory management.
Sales & Event Team Support:
• Update and distribute sales sheets to the sales team on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
• Printing and creating tasting sheets and event materials.
• Flexibility to work at in-market beer events.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in social media management, planning, and web content creation
• Detail-oriented
• Self-starter capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in an organized manner
• Strong photography skills and proficiency with digital media tools
• Experience with merchandising and inventory management - Arryved & Ekos a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to represent and embody the Sonder brand voice
• Graphic design background is not required but strongly encouraged
