Job Title- Senior Business Systems Analyst

Location- Plano, TX (Onsite)

Ideal Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7 years of relevant work experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Systems Analyst, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex systems solutions.
• Demonstrated strong business knowledge, particularly within the Financial Services industry. Mortgage industry experience is highly preferred.
• concepts and experience with general coding (e.g., scripting, understanding code logic for reverse engineering) is a significant plus. Experience with API specifications (REST, JSON) is also beneficial.
• Must be highly proficient in writing and executing complex SQL queries for data analysis, data mapping, and reporting. Strong understanding of relational database schemas and SQL management tools is essential.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including scripting and complex query writing.
• Solid experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proven ability to analyze data, design relational databases, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technical teams
• Project management skills.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for documentation and process improvement is a plus.
• Foundational programming knowledge and scripting experience are beneficial.
• Experience with the .NET framework.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL databases.
• Exposure to Snowflake and Tableau for data warehousing and reporting.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Strong business knowledge within the Financial Services industry is essential for this role.
• Mortgage industry experience is highly preferred and will be a strong advantage.
