Administrative Assistant (Operations & Fulfillment)
We are a growing GPS tracking and connected vehicle technology company founded in 2006. We provide real-time location, driver behavior, and vehicle management solutions for individuals and businesses across the Americas.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on order fulfillment, logistics, and customer support.
This role is critical to ensuring that our operations run smoothly, orders are processed efficiently, and customers receive an excellent experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Process daily orders through Shopify
- Print and organize shipping labels
- Prepare and pack orders accurately
- Drop off shipments at USPS / carrier locations
- Track shipments and proactively flag delays
Returns & Customer Support
- Handle product returns and exchanges
- Communicate with customers regarding:
- Shipping delays
- Order issues
- Return instructions
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications
Inventory & Office Management
- Track inventory levels of products and office supplies
- Maintain stock of packaging materials (boxes, cables, labels, etc.)
- Alert management when restocking is needed
- Organize workspace and storage areas
Reporting & KPIs, track and report key operational metrics such as:
- Orders processed per day
- Shipping times
- Return rates
- Fulfillment accuracy
- Assist in creating simple reports (Excel / Google Sheets)
Additional Responsibilities
- Support implementation of operational processes and SOPs
- Assist with vendor coordination (shipping supplies, materials)
- Help improve fulfillment workflows and efficiency
- Maintain organized records of orders, returns, and inventory
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Comfortable using computers (Shopify, spreadsheets, email)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (English required, Spanish is a plus)
- Reliable transportation (for post office runs)

Compensation
