You’ll be responsible for: Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of behavioral health professionals. Developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans for youth with high-acuity needs. Providing direct therapy and crisis intervention for youth facing behavioral, substance use, and mental health challenges. Behavioral Health Practitioner Supervisor II: Nebraska License as a Mental Health Practitioner and Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Preferred Qualifications: Supervisory experience. Experience with youth in juvenile justice or behavioral health programs. Legal Requirements: Licensure requirements for all levels pursuant to Nebraska State Statutes 38-2122, 38-2124, and 38-316. Salary: Level I: $33.161/hour Min Permanent Rate: $34.820/Hour Level II: $37.789/hour Min Permanent Rate $39.679/hour PLUS $3.00/hour shift differential for qualifying hours!
