We are looking to hire dependable, hardworking individuals to join our yard crew. This position involves outdoor labor, property upkeep, and cleanup across over 240 rental properties.
Ideal candidates are punctual, able to work independently or with a team, and willing to stay productive throughout the workday.
Responsibilities
- Property cleanup and debris removal
- Loading/unloading materials
- Lawn and grounds maintenance
- Maintaining organization of work areas and equipment
- Following company procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Positive attitude and willingness to work
- Experience with landscaping or other labor work preferred but not required
