Our Upper Midwest team reviews, analyzes and inspects insurance contracts, application, production, and acreage report processing, research, written agreement processing, scanning, policy reviews, and always provide exceptional customer service.

Our Business, Your Impact, Our Opportunity
What you'll be doing:
- Assess applications, production and acreage reports, and other documentation for acceptance or further research.
- Meet agent deadlines established by Risk Management Agency (RMA) policy and procedure.
- Data entry including policy information, production data, acreage report data, etc. and updates records. Confirms accuracy of information.
- Confirm and verify policy forms in accordance with RMA guidelines and approve acceptance.
- Interpret FCIC policies.
- Submit and process RMA exceptions.
- Conduct policy Reviews including but not limited to, applications, production, acreage, and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of or the ability to learn MPCI program and the applicable underwriting rules and procedures.
- Ability to learn and understand what information is needed to process insurance policies, FCIC rules and regulations, policy provision, etc.
- Ability to understand printed policy information, such as manuals, handbooks, and actuarial documents and to apply information to work tasks.
- Required - High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Required – Experience in crop insurance.
- Preferred – 2-5 years related experience
