What You’ll Do:
- Present and sell finance, warranty, and insurance products
- Collaborate with sales and management to ensure smooth client experience
- Complete e-contracting using Dealertrack
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and dealer documentation requirements
- Contribute to training and continuous improvement of dealership operations
What We’re Looking For:
- High energy individual with Automotive Finance Manager experience
- Proven success in an F&I or related sales role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Outgoing, customer-focused, and highly motivated
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional dealership environment
Work Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week
(Monday–Friday with one weekday off; every Saturday 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) - Environment: Office setting within a high-volume dealership
- Physical Demands: Primarily sedentary with occasional filing and light lifting
Desired Qualifications:
- Automotive finance experience (2 years)
- Strong performance history and client-focused mindset
