We are currently hiring GM Service Technicians who want strong earning potential, stable hours, and a shop that runs the right way.
Technician Benefits:
- No cap on pay rate!
- Starting rate is $25 per flat rate and going up from there
- We pay an additional hourly rate for GM warranty repairs to offset factory labor times and ensure your expertise is properly compensated.

- Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning.
- Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
- Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Communicates directly with the Service Advisor and provides an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
- Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Required License/Certification:
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Two years’ experience as an Automotive Technician or more
- Anyone who has graduated with a technical diploma or an associate’s degree in automotive or repair
- Three or more years’ experience as an Automotive Technician
- To qualify for hiring bonuses you must have ASE or similar technical certifications
- Ability to stand for 10 hours or more
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
