We are a brand-new Asian modern concept Restaurant opening soon in Naples, FL, and we’re looking for high-energy, reliable, and "all-hands-on-deck" team members to help us build something great from the ground up.
Who We’re Looking For: 2 Line cook/ Prep Cook
We need hardworking, honest, and multi-functional team members. In a new kitchen, things move fast—we need staff who can pivot between prep, cooking, and heavy maintenance.
Shift Times:
Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Staff has to come earlier 15min for preparation.
Scope of Work & Responsibilities:
- Prep & Cooking: Assist with ingredient prep and execute dishes according to signature recipes.
- Physical Tasks: Must be physically strong and capable of cooking, cleaning and inventory checking.
- Deep Cleaning & Maintenance: We maintain a spotless facility. Daily tasks include operating the dishwasher, scrubbing exhaust hoods, floor cleaning, and maintaining toilets.
- Versatility: Ready to jump into any station to ensure smooth service and a clean kitchen.
Requirements:
- Integrity: We value honesty and a strong work ethic above all else.
- Experience: Previous experience in Asian cuisine is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to handle heavy-duty carry and cleaning are mandatory.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and holidays for the new launch.
