We are seeking a highly capable operator to help professionalize and strengthen the business.

This role works directly and closely with the owner, visionary, and primary practitioner, serving as the operational leader of the business—translating vision into execution and driving overall performance.

The Role

This is an execution-first leadership role focused on building and improving the operational foundation of the business.

You will take ownership of day-to-day operations while developing the systems, processes, and team structure required to support continued growth.

This role will serve as the right hand to the owner, enabling a shift back toward vision and patient care. You are responsible for translating that vision into execution and driving overall business performance..

Responsibilities

• Own and manage daily operations across the business
• Build and implement policies, procedures, and SOPs
• Improve scheduling, staffing workflows, and client experience systems
• Develop training programs and performance standards for staff
• Directly oversee staff, including scheduling, performance management, and maintaining consistent standards of professionalism and client experience
• Identify inefficiencies and implement practical, scalable solutions
• Track KPIs and improve operational performance
• Support hiring, onboarding, and team development
• Proactively identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and revenue expansion, and bring recommendations to ownership
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations (including HIPAA and applicable standards)
• Utilize internal systems (e.g., Teamworks) to enhance operational efficiency
• Foster a team environment centered on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Ensure a polished, high-end, and consistent client experience

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
