What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Something Silver?
We are a local retail/wholesale company looking for an honest, trustworthy, and energetic new member of our team.
This position would be full time in our headquarters at $21.30 per hour with a pay increase after the probationary period of 90 days has been met. We are a growing company with opportunity for you to grow with us.
Basic responsibilities:
Filling, Picking and sorting products with 0 to minimal errors, pricing products, Shipping orders, Data entry as assigned, Organizational and clerical support tasks, Maintain files, inventory, Perform data entry as required. Must have transportation to perform tasks outside of office.
Basic jewelry assembly, opening closing jump rings. Tagging finished product.
Skills:
This is a extremely detailed oriented job!
You must be able to quickly identify the differences in colors and quality of the products, Basic knowledge of excel and word, Quick to learn new skills, Able to be time efficient and complete task quickly, Ability to multitask.
Physical Requirements:
Able to stand for long period of time, Bend, and lift up to 20lbs.
