About Us
We are looking for a Social Media & Office Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is both creative and organized—comfortable managing content creation and engagement on social platforms, while also assisting with office and administrative tasks that keep the business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Marketing Support
- Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and UGC collaborations.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track analytics.
- Create simple graphics, captions, and short-form video content (using Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Research industry trends and competitors to keep Magic Sleek's content fresh and engaging.
Office & Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance, including answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing files.
- Assist with order processing, inventory coordination, and customer inquiries.
- Support the sales and education teams with scheduling, materials, and event preparation.
- Help maintain an organized office environment, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in social media management, office administration, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics tools.
- Proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with video editing apps (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.).
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, or influencer collaborations.
- Customer service background, especially in beauty or professional services.
