Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere from the moment they walk in
- Manage appointment scheduling using calendar management tools and booking software, ensuring optimal flow of client flow
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing accurate information and directing calls efficiently
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate client records
- Support office management duties including inventory tracking, supply ordering, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area
- Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software to process payments and maintain financial records
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, managing client concerns, and ensuring a positive salon experience
- Recording and creating Social Media content- must know the basics of creating reels and posts for Instagram
Experience
- Previous office or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred
- Strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management
- Proficiency in computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and general office management software
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and manage time effectively
- Personal assistant or office support experience that includes calendar management and scheduling is advantageous
- Social Media experience

Must have open availability (salon closed Mon & Sun) and willing to work full shift 9AM till salon closes between 5pm-8pm Tuesday - Saturday
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
