Delivery Driver/Dishwasher

Job Summary:

At Something Different Grill, our Delivery Drivers/Dishwashers play an important role in extending our hospitality beyond the restaurant walls while also supporting the daily success of our kitchen and service teams. As a Delivery Driver/Dishwasher, you will be responsible for delivering guest orders safely and efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and supporting restaurant operations through dishwashing, cleaning, stocking, and other support responsibilities during non-delivery periods.

$11-12 per hour, plus delivery fees and tips

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, insured vehicle
• Ability to meet company driving and insurance requirements
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• Serv-Safe or equivalent food handler's certificate

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and transition between delivery and in-store responsibilities
• Ability to stand for extended periods

Responsibilities:

• Deliver guest orders safely, accurately, and professionally to residential and commercial locations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle environment at all times, including refraining from smoking or using tobacco products while transporting guest orders
• Create efficient delivery routes to ensure timely service and minimize guest wait times
• Process guest payments accurately and follow all cash-handling and POS procedures
• Build positive guest relationships and represent the Something Different Grill brand professionally during every delivery
• Communicate guest concerns, delivery issues, or service opportunities to management promptly
• Assist with answering phones, taking to-go orders, and supporting front-of-house operations as needed
• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using proper sanitation procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish areas, kitchen support stations, and work areas
• Stock, organize, and replenish kitchen and service supplies as needed
• Assist with trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning duties
• Report equipment concerns, maintenance needs, or supply shortages to management promptly
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company safety procedures

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
