Responsibilities
- Prospect daily for new clients through calls, texts, networking, referrals, and community outreach
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their goals and create a plan to help them succeed
- Show homes, host open houses, and conduct listing appointments
- Educate clients on market conditions, pricing, and the buying or selling process
- Negotiate offers and contracts with confidence and professionalism
- Coordinate transactions from contract to close with attention to detail
- Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and service
- Use CRM tools to track conversations, appointments, and follow-up tasks
- Market listings and personal brand through social media, online platforms, and local networking
- Stay up to date on inventory, market trends, and neighborhood activity
- Attend trainings, team meetings, and coaching sessions to sharpen skills and improve performance
- Work evenings and weekends as needed to meet client demands
