- Support the Principal in providing instructional leadership, including supervising curriculum implementation and promoting high-quality teaching and learning practices.
- Supervise, support, and evaluate assigned staff in alignment with district standards and educator evaluation frameworks.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and culturally responsive school climate that supports student engagement, belonging, and well-being.
- Lead and support student discipline practices using equitable, restorative, and developmentally appropriate approaches.
- Collaborate with staff to support diverse learners, including multilingual learners and students with disabilities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the master schedule and support effective daily school operations.
- Use student performance, attendance, and behavioral data to inform decision-making and improve student outcomes.
- Support family and community engagement, including communication, conferences, and school events.
- Oversee student-related processes, including attendance, enrollment, discipline, and referrals to student support services.
- Collaborate with counselors, nurses, and other support staff to address students' academic, social-emotional, and health needs.
- Assist in the coordination and supervision of extracurricular and enrichment programs.
- Ensure a safe and orderly school environment, including supervision of students in classrooms, common areas, and school grounds.
- Support school operations, including communication, reporting, and coordination of resources. Serve as acting Principal in the absence of the Principal, as directed.
- Performs other duties consistent with the scope and responsibility of the position as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Massachusetts Principal/Assistant Principal licensure (appropriate grade level)
- Minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching and/or administrative experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in public education at the elementary and/or middle school level
