Educators (non-administrators) will be compensated in accordance with their relative Collective Bargaining Agreement for work completed outside of the work day.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this group include:
- Researching Coaching models and recommending a unified model of expectations and practices related to coaching from PK through High School.
- Examining supervision, feedback, and professional growth practices related to Coaches.
- Identifying data sets / points in order to measure the impact and effectiveness of Coaching in SPS.
