The High School Registrar works collaboratively with the counseling department, front office staff, and administration to ensure the smooth daily operation of the building. This position requires confidentiality, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties may include, but are not limited to, managing the Counseling office, offering support to the counseling team, data entry, analyzing and organizing data, managing the Student Information System (PowerSchool), maintaining student records and transcripts, managing enrollment of new students, and coordinating scholarships and awards.
