Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Yountville, CA and St. Helena, CA. The Winery Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in planning and preparing high-quality meals, tastings, and experiences that highlight local and seasonal ingredients, curating menus that pair harmoniously with our wines. Responsibilities include managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards, overseeing food preparation and presentation, training kitchen staff, and maintaining kitchen organization and inventory.
