What You'll Do:
- Manage daily property operations, leasing, and rent collections
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, RD, and Fair Housing requirements
- Support residents with professionalism and compassion
- Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and inspections
- Maintain accurate files, reports, and financial records
What You Bring:
- Affordable housing or property management experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of compliance programs (LIHTC, HUD, RD, Section 8)
- Ability to lead onsite staff and manage multiple priorities
