What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Worker/Machine Operator position at SOMERSET HARDWOOD FLOORING?
Various openings in the facility to help support the production of hardwood/engineered flooring.
Duties/Responsibilities:
*Perform duties as assigned to assist the facility in the production of flooring
* Wear PPE at all times while on the manufacturing floor
*Follow all duties or instructions given by leadership
Physical Requirements
*Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to achieve production goals
*Physical ability to do work requiring frequent stooping, bending, reaching and standing for long periods at a time
*Ability to lift up to 25-30 pounds.
Work Environment
*Work performed in plant environment. Required to wear safety glasses while performing any tasks in the manufacturing areas.
Work schedule typically 4 10's off on Fridays/Weekends unless mandatory OT is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.01 per hour
