Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Maintenance Worker for our Roving Crew to join our vibrant team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive maintenance, repair, and operational tasks across various park facilities and equipment. Under the supervision of the Park Foreman is responsible for the ground’s maintenance at various park sites and open space locations. Assist other general-use park locations with maintenance needs, including ball fields, picnic groves, and special events. Perform other related duties.
Duties
- Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on a wide range of facilities
- Perform maintenance, painting, and building interior upkeep to maintain aesthetic standards across park facilities.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to complete repairs or installations with precision.
- Be available to work on special events and perform other related duties.
Requirements
- Proven experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO)
- Hands-on experience in maintenance and repair, general facilities maintenance
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate various vehicles or equipment as needed.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to maintenance work
- Ability to work weekends and holidays if required, and report to work for emergency situations
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid Class A Commercial driver’s license within six months of hire.
