Role: Human Resources Generalist
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Human Resources experience with emphasis in HRIS, Compensation, and/or Leaves Management (FMLA, Worker's Compensation, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous HR experience in public sector, county, or municipal government is preferred.
Salary: $45,000-$50,000
