Role Description This is a part time job, on-site Substitute Teacher role based at a Somerset Academy Charter School campus in Pembroke Pines, FL. The Substitute Teacher will follow lesson plans provided by classroom teachers to deliver instruction, maintain an engaging and safe classroom environment, and support students’ learning across various grade levels and subjects as needed. Daily responsibilities include managing classroom behavior, taking attendance, implementing instructional activities, and adapting teaching approaches to meet diverse student needs while maintaining school policies and procedures. Qualifications
- Effective Communication skills, including clear, respectful interaction with students, colleagues, and school staff
