ROLE
This is a key role within the Operations Department, undertaking a wide variety gifting roles to ensure guests after completion of presentations are given best in class customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily maintenance and balancing of ticket boxes and cash banks
- Must be able to multi task varied projects with high levels of urgency or deadlines, assist in creating, updating and maintaining daily reports and complete tasks as instructed
- Provide accurate validation of Customers information and premiums being issued
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all associates in Sales and Marketing to ensure the highest level of customer service at all times
- Greet all guests at the gifting window projecting a professional demeanor and enthusiastic attitude
- Resolve escalated guest issues and complaints, and resolve any challenges including unsatisfied guests, gifting issues, etc.
- Provide feedback to management of discrepancies and reoccurring problems
- Provide a great welcome experience and constant attention from the first point of contact until guest is gifted and completes sales presentation.

- Willingness to go the extra mile to exceed expectations of our guests
- Be am ambassador for company and processes
- Assist in the completing of tours through Cornerstone, prepare and disperse gifts in a timely fashion to guests, sales representatives and concierge
- Ensure guests are fully informed on voucher redemption at each box office
- Set up and provide transportation for all guests returning to an off site location
- Must answer phones and perform high end customer service and be able to assist coworkers as needed
- Must present and maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times and be able to remain professional and polite during potentially stressful situations
- Provide basic directions, maps, attraction and area information to the customers as needed
- Complete daily paperwork accurately and thoroughly
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Administration Manager
Requirements
- Good interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal
- Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite; Word , Excel and Outlook
- Good organization skills
- Ability to manage daily, weekly and special project deadlines
- Self-starter
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to deal with various personality types
- Positive upbeat attitude to ensure great work environment
- Must be well groomed and present a professional image
- Ability to maintain and balance daily a ticket box
- Ability to maintain and balance multiple cash banks
