This position also requires experience in professional painting, including interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, drywall touch-ups, patching, sanding, and applying smooth, even finishes. Qualifications of an ideal Maintenance Tech:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- At least 3 year of relevant work experience
- HVAC Certified Preferred
- CPR Certified
Maintenance Tech Job Summary:
A Maintenance Tech is responsible for maintaining an attractive environment that residents are proud to call home.
- Complete maintenance on HVAC unit, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment
- Perform general and preventive maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned
- Respond promptly to resident’s maintenance requests
- Ensure vacant units are ready for move-in according to community standards
