LPN Required | Somerby Mount Pleasant | 51-Unit Community
We’re seeking a dedicated Assisted Living Director to lead our assisted living team and uphold the highest standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Active LPN License or Medication Technician Certification
- First Aid & CPR certified
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Job Summary – Assisted Living Director
The Assisted Living Director oversees all operations within the Assisted Living setting to ensure regulatory compliance, high-quality care, and a thriving community environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote residents’ physical, emotional, and personal well-being through a coordinated team approach
- Establish and implement policies, procedures, and best practices
- Develop staffing plans, reports, and budgets
- Collaborate with other departments to support resident well-being
- Provide a high level of service by making frequent rounds, ensuring continuity of care, documenting essential information, and observing residents’ overall conditions
- Assist the Director of Wellness as needed
