What You’ll Do
- Play a key role in month-end close, including variance analysis and financial insights
- Perform and refine COMs (Cost of Materials)true-upsto ensureaccurateproduct costing
- Deliver customer-level profitability analysis to support pricing and sales strategy
- Own and enhance SKU-level margin analysis toidentifyimprovement opportunities
- Support open orders tracking and revenue forecasting visibility
- Oversee the monthly shipping log to ensure alignment with financial reporting
- Build clear, executive-ready reporting and presentations
- Partner with operations, sales, and accounting to improve processes and data accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis; exposure to Power Query a plus)
- Strong PowerPoint skills with ability to translate data into insights
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Fishbowl
- Understanding of cost accounting and inventory processes
- Base Salary:$70,000 – $95,000(depending on experience)
