Position Description
To support continued growth, we are expanding our commercial team and seeking multiple Senior Sales Executives across the United States.
Somacis manufactures high-reliability printed circuit boards for Military, Aerospace, Avionic, Commercial, and Medical applications. We are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience through superior quality and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with prospects, existing customers, and internal teams
• Identify and engage companies within defined markets and industries
• Develop new business opportunities, present company capabilities, and participate in RFQ/RFP processes
• Manage the total addressable market (TAM) within assigned regions to forecast opportunities, contract values, and deal timelines
• Maintain accurate tracking and forecasting using internal tools and CRM systems
• Communicate engineering changes, production updates, and delivery timelines to customers
• Review contracts for accuracy, revisions, and quality specifications
• Travel to customer sites, trade shows, and company facilities as needed (20–40%)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• PCB industry experience is required
• 3 years of inside sales or B2B electronics sales experience
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Ability to understand manufacturing processes, engineering requirements, and lead times
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly self-motivated and results-driven
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of CRM systems
• Experience with RFQ/RFP processes involving U.S. government entities or contractors is a plus

Salary : $80,000 - $175,000
