About The Role

In This Role, You'll Have The Opportunity To
- Manage inventory processes: properly intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
- Ensure the stockroom is neatly organized and easy to navigate.
- Ensure new products are merchandised and represented on the sales floor in a timely manner.
- Effectively execute product restocking and price changes.
- Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
- Assist store leaders with executing visual directives, including updating floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placements.
- Deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects our culture of hospitality.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration.
- Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Commitment to regular attendance to ensure adequate coverage.
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
