Roles and Responsibilities
- Adhere to standard operating procedures playbook
- Assess, Program and Administer training programs to membership
- Coach in a positive, energetic environment
- Pursue growth, knowledge and stewardship
- Maintain clean and professional work environment
Prerequisites
- Strong belief in teamwork
- Growth mindset in seeking better solutions within the health and fitness environment
- Flexible schedule (e.g., early mornings, later evenings as needed and agreed upon)
- CPR/AED certified within 3 months of hire
- Current or pending certification from one of the following bodies
- NSCA, ACSM, NASM or equivalent
Compensation
- Coach is eligible for commission of individual sales (individual/group coaching, online programming)
- 401(k)
- Coach is provided a $500/annual stipend for approved continuing education courses/clinics
