Key ResponsibilitiesCleanliness, Inventory & Organization

Spotless Standards: Maintain a spotless kitchen environment, ensuring the line, prep areas, and dish pit meet the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation daily.

Ordering & Receiving: Manage inventory levels, place orders, and oversee deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy.

Kitchen Storage: Keep all food items organized, labeled, dated, and consolidated according to food safety standards.
Team Leadership & Compliance

Prep Management: Write daily prep lists and effectively delegate tasks to the line and prep cooks.

Scheduling & Labor Management: Post, manage, and enforce weekly kitchen schedules, ensuring proper labor coverage while maintaining strict awareness of labor laws and best labor practices.

Team Support: Step in to support line or prep work whenever necessary to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Service & Communication

Quality Control & Expediting: Own the pass during peak hours. Expedite orders with urgency while maintaining strict quality control.

FOH Liaison: Communicate seamlessly with the Front of House (FOH) team to address operational needs and ensure a smooth guest experience.

Status: Full-Time, Salaried

Days: Needs to be Flexible with working schedule; it requires weekend and evening availability.

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Lead Line Cook.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills (non-negotiable).

A strict eye for detail and a passion for maintaining a clean, orderly kitchen.

Strong leadership abilities with a solid understanding of labor laws and efficient labor management.

Ability to quickly adapt, learn, and execute our in-house Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for management and operations.

High stamina and resilience.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely lift and carry 50 pounds or more regularly.

Comfortable frequently navigating kitchen stairs throughout a busy shift.
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
