Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities include providing companionship and social interaction, assisting with meal prep and encouragement, medication reminders, monitor Provide friendly companionship and meaningful social interaction Assist with light meal preparation and encouragement of regular meals Provide medication reminders according to prescribed schedule Monitor for fall risks and promote a safe home environment Assist with light household tasks related to client care (e.g., tidying kitchen after meals) Encourage mobility and safe movement as appropriate Observe and report any changes in condition or concerns to family or supervisor Offer emotional support and respectful conversation
