- Business Consultant responsible for prospecting and selling Solvo products and services.
- Explain benefits of staffing and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) clearly to clients.
- Manage sales through forecasting, resource allocation, strategy, and planning.
- Develop sales strategies to increase volume and profit margins.
- Generate new business opportunities proactively within the territory.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, services, and competitors.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery to clients.
- Prepare and execute renewal proposals for existing clients.
- Create concise executive summaries for client presentations.
- Develop lead generation strategies and use CRM (Salesforce) effectively.
- Submit accurate business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports on time.
- Participate in monthly meetings and train/coaching team members.
- Frequent domestic and occasional international travel for meetings and events.
- Proactive, motivated with a focus on achieving business goals.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM systems.

- Valid driver's license required due to travel.
- Must have a valid passport and willingness for occasional international travel.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
