Primary Purpose
Serves as a post-processing team member, and ensures safe and effective processing of human tissue grafts for transplantation by selecting, labeling, and packaging tissue grafts for transplantation.
Essential Functions
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Essential Functions
- Obtains paperwork, select grafts, and label according to procedures.
- Uses inventory tracking and scan checking software to ensure traceability and proper identification.
- Applies labels on tissue grafts, places Information for Use insert into external packaging, and completes process to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures in a timely manner.
- Inspects grafts for quality, packaging integrity, and accuracy of documentation.
- Performs other duties as assigned
