Position: Software Support Developer
Support Analysts ensure the stability and performance of development, testing, QA, and production environments. They manage incidents, access, and system requests while performing root cause analysis and collaborating with both IT and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues.
- Monitor system health and conduct quality assurance testing.
- Automate deployments and reporting using tools and scripts.
- Work on small code enhancements, data extractions, and UNIX/SQL script debugging.
- Support Java-based microservices and related infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and timelines.
- Maintain clear documentation and provide end-user communications during outages or service delays.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization.
Requirements
- Experience resolving recurring issues through small enhancements.
