The Solvere Technical Group is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Asset Manager to oversee the planning, acquisition, movement, and disposal of a company's assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that assets are efficiently utilized, maintained, and accounted for throughout their lifecycle.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Five (5) years of experience managing the operational status of assets and their repairs including two or more of the following:
- Tracking and scheduling of preventative maintenance.
- Tracking operational status of all major systems on board small watercraft or forklifts or vehicles.
- Conducting inspections of small watercraft or forklifts or vehicles to identify needed repairs.
- Tracking current status of open repair items on assets.
- Experience in Microsoft office suite or similar programs.
Job Qualifications:
- Two (2) years managing personnel under a contracted effort for a client valued at $500k per year or more.
Education:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Certification:
- Maintain and possess a Project Management Professional Certification.
