Solvere Technical Group is seeking a detail-oriented Production Controller I (C960/C962) to join our team in Norfolk, VA.

Responsibilities
- Maintains records and visual aids for ship repair tracking; prints and routes AWRs;
- Enters AWRs into departmental tracker;
- Tracks FWPs, CWPs, and Maintenance Procedures;
- Prepares weekly ship briefs;
- Compiles post-brief summaries; assists with closeout and certification process.
- 3 yrs full-time hands-on technician experience with shipboard systems (assembly, overhaul, repair, maintenance)
- Knowledge of JFMM, AWR write-ups, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- NDA requirements
