- Supporting the Medical Technologies business; the Brookings plant’s only make-to-order business and representing the customer in the manufacturing setting.
- Engaging peers and working cross functionally to support the product line and drive prioritized projects.
- Dispositioning non-conforming product and addressing root cause of non-conformance.
- Identifying opportunities and leading product teams in quality and service improvements.
- Analyzing non-conforming trends in respective value streams to identify opportunities for improvement.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Experience communicating with stakeholders through verbal discussions, presentations, and written communications.
- Experience performing root cause investigations and supporting corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
- Experience analyzing data to support investigations, process improvements, or decision-making activities.
- Experience leading teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project, operational, or business objectives.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
