Solventum is seeking Production Packer candidates to join our team in Brookings SD!

• Starting Pay: $21.61/hour
• Shift: Day Shift

As a Production Packer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Maintaining an appropriate productivity target as determined through machine rates
• Performing tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications
• Supporting the team when packing out finished or semi-finished products
• Ensuring you own safety by following all related policies
• Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
• Ability to work Day Shift (Monday – Friday)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Ability to work overtime, weekends or holidays as needed

The starting rate of pay for this position is $21.61/hour, with the potential for future pay increases. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
