How You Will Make An Impact

As the Manufacturing Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Manufacturing management responsibility of all production activities in the plant. Accountable for driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, and other key operational metrics
• Provide leadership for assigned operations by fostering cross-functional teamwork and communicating goals of the organization to employees
• Develops and mentors all levels of the production supervision staff. Drives operator engagement throughout the facility and encourages problem solving at all levels of the organization
• Own the production line output and develop execution & continuous improvement strategies to achieve high production rates
• Works to continuously enforce and improve daily tier processes, daily accountability boards, training, standard work, visual management and coaching. Encourages plantwide participation in continuous improvement suggestion activities
  
  

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND (10) ten years of Engineering, Operations Management, and/or Business Administration, Manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

High School Diploma/GED from AND (16) sixteen years of Engineering, Operations Management, and/or Business Administration, Manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment

AND

• five years of managing a team in a manufacturing environment.
  
  

Work location: Onsite- Irvine, CA

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
