Experienced SDR – Founder-Level Outbound (In-Office, Tampa)
Solved™ is building a disciplined outbound motion focused on quality conversations with founders, not volume for volume’s sake.
We’re looking for an experienced SDR who knows how to think on their feet, ask smart questions, and earn the right to book meetings with CEOs.
- Outbound calling to founders and CEOs at growth-stage companies ($2M–$15M revenue)
- Run structured conversations using talk tracks, not scripts
- Identify real business pain tied to scale, clarity, and control
- Handle objections with confidence and credibility
- Book meetings that convert — not calendar spam
- Work in-office with leadership to refine messaging and approach
- 2 years of outbound SDR or cold calling experience
- Proven ability to book qualified meetings
- Comfortable speaking with executives
- Coachable, curious, and disciplined
- CRM experience required
- Must be in-office in Tampa
