We’re looking for an Account Coordinator who can work alongside our Business Development and Account Management teams to research solutions, source products, prepare pricing, build quotes and presentations, and keep opportunities moving.

But this isn’t just a quote-building role. We want someone who gets curious about what’s possible—someone who knows, or wants to really know, the vendors, products, decoration methods and trends in our industry and can use that knowledge to turn a customer request into a smarter solution.

You’ll help our sales team move faster while helping push the work further.

Your Mission

Turn customer needs into smart, creative and executable solutions.

You’ll own much of the work behind the sale while the salesperson owns the customer relationship and commercial strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Research products, vendors, decoration methods, packaging and creative possibilities.
• Develop strong knowledge of our vendor partners, their capabilities and where they fit best.
• Stay current on product, apparel and branded-merchandise trends.
• Look beyond the obvious request and bring ideas that could make the solution better.
• Source solutions that fit the customer’s objective, brand, budget and timeline.
• Gather costs and prepare accurate pricing and quotes.
• Build thoughtful, customer-ready presentations.
• Coordinate samples, virtuals and supporting materials.
• Keep open quotes, revisions and next steps organized and moving.
• Complete accurate order setup and create a clean handoff into Customer Service.

• Comfort working with costs, margins and pricing.
• The confidence to ask questions when something doesn’t make sense.
• Strong follow-through without needing to be chased.
• Clear communication and a collaborative working style.

Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, apparel, print, sourcing or a related industry is valuable—but we’re more interested in someone who is curious, resourceful, creatively minded and excellent at follow-through.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time position with an annual salary of $55,000–$60,000, based on experience.
