About the Role

As an Implementation Solutions Consultant at Solutions360, you will be the trusted partner who guides our clients through this pivotal journey—meeting them exactly where they are and helping them successfully implement, adopt, and maximize the value of our software and industry best practices.

You will work closely with executives to understand their unique challenges, configure the tech to fit their workflows, and empower their teams to embrace change with confidence. This role is ideal for someone who combines financial acumen with genuine empathy for the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, from discovery and requirements gathering through go live and post-implementation support
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their business processes, pain points, and goals
• Configure and customize the Solutions360 platform to meet each client's specific needs
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive user adoption and ensure clients feel confident using the system
• Advise clients on industry best practices and help them optimize their operations
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Support, and Sales to deliver exceptional client outcomes
• Document implementation processes, client configurations, and lessons learned
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables
• Potential to travel up to 50% of the time

Qualifications

• CPA or 2 years of experience in a financial analyst or accounting role
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and work with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as project management, finance, or operations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• A client-first mindset with a passion for helping organizations succeed
• Experience with change management principles and driving user adoption
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software or similar professional services automation (PSA) software
• Background in the AV, IT integration, or professional services industries
• Certifications in project management (PMP, CSM) or ERP systems
