Position Summary
The Title Processor manages residential real estate transactions from contract to closing. This position works closely with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and our internal team to ensure each file is accurate, compliant, and prepared for a successful settlement.
Responsibilities
- Open and process new title orders.
- Review contracts and order title work, payoffs, HOA documents, surveys, and other required items.
- Communicate with all parties throughout the transaction.
- Prepare settlement statements and closing documents.
- Resolve title issues with attorneys and underwriters.
- Schedule settlements and coordinate signings.
- Ensure lender requirements and title conditions are met before closing.
- Maintain accurate file documentation and provide outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous title processing experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple files.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
- Experience with Qualia or similar title software
