Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our dynamic health science team. Duties
- Conduct thorough behavioral health assessments and diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment planning.
- Deliver individual, couple, group, therapy sessions using modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, grief counseling, and behavioral therapy.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety during acute episodes.
- Facilitate telehealth therapy sessions with adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards for medical records and electronic health records (EHR/EMR).
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical ethical guidelines, incorporating evidence-based practices like applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavior management techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—to coordinate care for individuals with substance abuse, relationship, disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, treatment plans, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland
- Proven experience in psychotherapy across diverse settings such as outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, employee assistance programs, or hospital environments.
- Minimum of three (3) to four (4) years Post Doctoral experience
- Strong knowledge of mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluation procedures, and clinical documentation standards.
- Expertise in therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and behavioral health interventions.
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health conditions and treatments is preferred.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
