SOLUTIONS Staffing is looking for a people-focused person, with management or supervisory experience to Manage/Supervise our West Columbus office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, building client relationships, and helping people find jobs that fit their qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support branch staff
- Assist Staff with recruiting, interviewing, and setting up people for jobs
- Build friendly relationships with clients
- Provide excellent customer service and smooth branch operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Leadership or Management experience and the ability to deal with a variety of personalities
- Any restaurant or Hospitality Supervisory/Management or other service industry experience
- Staffing experience desired/not required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people and pleasing our client companies
