Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily and monthly account reconciliations
- Manage expense tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare financial reports and support reporting packages
- Coordinate tax filings and assist with audits (internal and external)
- Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and payments
Qualifications:
- 3 years of accounting experience preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
