Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound texts/calls to prospective clients using CRM software to generate interest in our products or services
- Engage in warm texting/calling campaigns to nurture leads and build rapport with potential customers
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on specific criteria to ensure they meet our target profile
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our technology solutions, demonstrating strong negotiation skills when needed
- Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are accurately recorded in CRM systems like Salesforce
- Follow up with prospects via email or phone to confirm appointments and provide additional information as necessary
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve appointment conversion rates
Experience
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to text effectively or talk on the phone
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections professionally during outbound calls
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of motivation and productivity
