Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Report Writer / Psychometrist to join our dedicated behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately documenting findings to provide clients with detailed diagnostic evaluation reports. Depending on your experience level and training, you may also be responsible for administering standardized tests. Your contributions will help guide clinical decisions and improve outcomes for clients with autism and/or ADHD. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals across a broad spectrum of behavioral and mental health challenges.
Responsibilities
- Score psychological assessments, including tests related to autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, cognitive functioning, and mood disorders
- Prepare comprehensive reports that clearly communicate assessment results and recommended interventions
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and electronic health record (EHR) management standards
Requirements
- BA or BS in psychology from an accredited institution
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong writing skills
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or ADHD a plus
- This position is ideal for students in psychology master's, PsyD, or PhD programs or college graduates intending to pursue graduate school in psychology
